What I'd Build Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

A straightforward website to tell your clients who you are, what you do, and how to get in touch.

Included
๐Ÿ“…

๐Ÿ“ธ

Photo Gallery

Your treatment room, the studio entrance, neighborhood shots. I can supplement with stock photos too

Included

๐ŸŒŸ Two therapists, one studio

You recently added a second therapist working out of the other room. That's a big deal โ€” the website can make this really clear. New visitors see there are two skilled therapists available, which means more appointment availability and a broader range of expertise. You and Meredith each get your own page or section so clients can choose who fits best.

Three Design Directions Different looks โ€” same business.

I built three real mockups so you can see the range of possibilities. They're live web pages, not screenshots โ€” click through and scroll around.

Warm EarthDesign A

Warm Earth

Earthy greens, warm neutrals, organic feel. Best if you want to emphasize the natural, holistic side of your practice.

Nature-inspired Warm & inviting
Clean ZenDesign B

Clean Zen

Minimalist, lots of white space, elegant. High-end spa feel โ€” calm and distraction-free.

Minimalist Elegant
Modern PlayfulDesign C

Modern Playful

Warm terracotta, rounded shapes, friendly personality. Less "spa serious" and more "real people."

Bold accent Friendly
These are just quick samples to give you some inspiration - a starting point for a conversation. You might love one, want pieces of another, or want something completely different. Also, they don't have pictures right now - it's just to get a feel for the overall look and vibe.

Two Approaches: Static vs. Dynamic What's best for you โ€” and what each means.

I can build your site two different ways. One is fast, free to host, and I handle everything. The other gives you more control but has ongoing costs. Both get you a beautiful, professional website โ€” the difference is what happens after launch.

โš™ Dynamic CMS Website

Ongoing cost ยท You can edit ยท more flexible

I set up a content management system โ€” a dashboard where you can log in and edit text, swap photos, add pages, and publish whenever you want. Similar to what you're used to from WordPress or SquareSpace.

Pros

  • You get a dashboard โ€” log in and make changes yourself
  • You can create new pages, add a blog, or post updates anytime
  • Familiar experience โ€” similar to what you're used to from WordPress
  • I'm available to help with bigger changes or questions

Cons

  • Ongoing hosting costs, ~$15/mo. Servers aren't free and they require skilled maintenance
  • Higher upfront cost โ€” dynamic sites are more complex to build
More flexibility, ongoing cost

Either way, here's what stays the same:

โœ“ You own the domain name (naturalstatebodywork.com)
โœ“ Same beautiful custom design
โœ“ Use whatever booking system you like
โœ“ I'm here for help whenever
โœ“ No SLA, no contract

The Process How we'd work together.

1

Pick a Direction

Look at the three designs above. Tell me what you like from each, or if you want something else entirely.

2

Gather Content

You've got most of this already โ€” service descriptions, pricing, bios. Maybe a couple photos of the treatment room if you have them. I can find stock photos for ambiance.

3

I Build It

I'll put together the full site with everything we've agreed on. I'll share a private link so you can see it before it goes live.

4

Review & Tweak

You get two rounds of revisions included. Poke at it, tell me what to move or change, and I'll adjust. If you need more rounds after that, we can figure it out.

5

Go Live

We set up your custom domain name (you own it, not me) and the site goes live. I show you the simple version so you know how it all connects.

6

Ongoing

If we go with a static site, text me any changes you need. If we go dynamic (CMS), you can log in and make most updates yourself. Either way, I'm here when you need me.

What do you think?

Take a look at the three design mockups. See if any of them resonate, or if something totally different comes to mind - we can talk it through.
